Your account

You need an account to post, comment, follow or save videos. Keep your credentials safe — activity from your account is your responsibility. You must be old enough to use a social video service where you live.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos you upload. By posting, you grant Musically the licence needed to store, encode and display your video to the audience you selected. Only upload content you have the rights to share, including any music in it.

What isn't allowed

No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, spam, scams or impersonation. See our Community Guidelines for detail.

Moderation and removal

We may hide or remove videos and comments that break these terms, and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. You can appeal a decision by contacting support.

Service changes

Musically is provided as-is while we build it. Features may change, and we may pause or discontinue parts of the service.
